    If you purchase our app for CBMS Version 12 and prior, we will provide you access to all the versions up to 12 depending on their availability. Starting version 13, every version of the app will be sold separately. We offer free support for a duration of 90 days from the date of purchase. Kindly read our support policy to know the details.

    No, you cannot export the products from CBMS to ShipStation.

    Yes, with this connector you can get the Shipping Labels and Tracking Link from ShipStation to CBMS directly.

    Yes, you need to sync the products from ShipStation to CBMS before to make the shipping services work seamlessly. If you do not synchronize the products, you cannot Export Orders from CBMS to ShipStation.

    Once your label is generated, you cannot modify the delivery address of the recipient. In this case, you need to cancel the whole Sales Order and create the new one.
