Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about CBMS. Still curious? Talk to us.

General
What exactly is CBMS?

CBMS is one secure account that lets Nigerian businesses launch and run their business software (retail POS, clinic management, restaurant ops, etc.), accept payments online, send SMS/email/WhatsApp notifications, and manage everything from one dashboard.

Who is CBMS for?

Retailers, clinics, restaurants, vet practices, schools and service businesses that want a working business system without the cost or complexity of building one from scratch.

Do I need technical skills to use CBMS?

No. You sign up, pick your product, complete a short onboarding wizard, and we provision your system. Most customers are live within 10 minutes.

Pricing & Billing
How much does CBMS cost?

Retail Lite starts at ₦10,000/month, Pro plans start at ₦15,000/month. Pay yearly and get 2 months free — ₦100,000/year for Lite, ₦150,000/year for Pro. See full pricing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. At checkout you can choose to start without a card on file, or pay upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paystack and Flutterwave — which between them support cards, bank transfers, USSD, mobile money, and Apple/Google Pay.

Technical
How long does setup take?

Most customers are live within 10 minutes. The CBMS orchestrator provisions your business system, sets up payments and delivers your tenant URL automatically after onboarding.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans support custom domains. You can connect yourbusiness.com to your CBMS system from the dashboard.

Do you provide backups?

Yes — daily encrypted backups on every plan, with on-demand restore from the dashboard.

Security
How is my data protected?

Every customer runs in an isolated environment. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with strict tenant separation enforced at the platform level.

Are you NDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow NDPR best practice for data residency, consent and processing. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 work is on the Enterprise roadmap.
